Our Heritage
Berkshires are the oldest purebred pig breed in the world. Like Wagyu beef, the extra time and care required to raise them shows up in every bite - richer color, better marbling, and deeper flavor you can see and taste.
Our Farm
Our pigs are raised with access to fresh air, sunshine, and wholesome food. That commitment to care, combined with local sourcing, produces pork that is fresher, better, and noticeably more flavorful.
